Requirements

All staff, be they permanent or temporary, submit to thorough vetting before being called to interview or sent to work at one of our care jobs based in Radcliffe. All staff are required to have:

• Full DBS Check (If you do not have one, we are able to complete this)
• 2 References
• Proof of your Right to Work in the UK
• Various additional testing (Such as basic Maths and English skills)
• Prior Training (we will also work with you, through our internal training program, to elevate your training to the highest standard)
